  10. 1 small onion  - chopped
  11. 1/2 bell pepper - chopped
  12. 1 hot pepper finely chopped
  13. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  14. 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  15. 1 bunch cilantro - chopped

  17. Mix and enjoy

  19. Good with fish or chicken

  21. Can replace mango with banana or  peach
